Year 5 children were transported back to 1940 during a visit to Winchcombe Station. As WWII evacuees, they experienced a steam train journey, bombings (the children heard the air raid siren and took shelter!), WWII toys, clothing, Make Do and Mend and even enjoyed a sing song. The highlight of the day was catching the German spy!
